I SURVIVED!
I went for my last Chemo session on Monday. It started out a bit rough, they couldn't find a vein for my IV and 3 stabs later, they finally found one.
Now I have a month off and then I start Radiation treatments.
I have no idea what to expect. All I know so far is that I have to have 5 treatments a week for 2 weeks, 10 treatments total.
I've been asking around regarding which is worse, Chemo or Radiation and I'm getting mixed responses. I guess I'm going to have to take this like I'm taking everything else so far, one step at a time.
All I hope is that I don't glow in the dark or some weird thing like that.
I'm feeling pretty good so far, very minor side effects. I'm eating Saltines and yogurt, taking my meds especially the anti-nausea pills.
But it's still early. Last time it took 4 or 5 days before the side effects kicked in.
