Anyone who knows me, is fully aware that I am not a fan of AT&T.
I've been trying to get this blog up and running and my AT&T internet went out.
It started last Monday when the internet kept skipping out and continued to get worse until last Thursday when it went out all together.
I called them on Friday and couldn't get past the recorded guy demanding I answer his questions. After a few minutes, I get the message that someone would have to come out here for a service call.
I took the first available appointment which was oddly enough on Sunday between 12 and 4. I waited all day and finally at 6pm I called AT&T again. I spent over an hour on hold before my call was answered. Found out that the tech that was assigned to this job does not work on Sunday, even though I was sent 9 text messages confirming the appointment - Thanks a lot AT&T.
The lady rescheduled the repair call for Monday between 8 and 12. 12:00 comes and goes, 1, 2 , 3 and 4:00 rolls by and still nothing. I again called AT&T and told them to get on it and do it NOW. Finally at 5:00 the tech shows up.
I've got my internet back, but not after a few days of being ticked off at AT&T.
You see, this is why everyone hates AT&T. They're too concerned about raking in the dollars and could care less about the customers.
